Scope
This notice covers the APMLAO website and general enquiries to APM (LAO) Securities Co., Ltd. in Lao PDR. It is separate from the Thai company website. Lao electronic data protection law applies as relevant; Thai PDPA may also apply to activities within its scope. This notice is not a customer account, investment or employee privacy notice.
Information and purpose
Cloudflare processes your IP address, browser information, request time and requested pages to deliver and protect the website. The site code has no advertising trackers or audience analytics. The contact form prepares a draft in your own email application; it does not upload your message to a website database. Only when you send that email does the company receive the name, reply address, optional telephone number and message you choose to provide, for responding to and following up your enquiry.
Choice and permission
You can browse without sending a message. If you do not provide a reply address, the company may be unable to respond. Do not send passwords, identity documents, sensitive or personal financial data through the general enquiry form. The form asks permission to use your details for the enquiry only, not for marketing. You may cancel the draft before sending.
Recipients and processing abroad
The website is delivered through Cloudflare. Email passes through your email provider and the company mailbox provider. The contact page loads Google Maps automatically. Google receives your IP address and browser information and may use cookies and process data abroad under its own privacy policy. These providers may process data outside Lao PDR. Following a link to an external website, including the Thai company site, is subject to its own notice. This notice is not blanket consent to international transfers.
Retention
The website code does not persist form contents. Browser storage is described on the cookies page. Enquiry correspondence is retained according to the need to answer and follow up, the business relationship, and applicable legal duties or disputes. Provider logs follow the relevant provider service and settings. Contact the company to ask about retention applicable to your enquiry.
Requests and concerns
Use the company contact details below for privacy enquiries or to request access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of permission, subject to applicable law and any necessary retention. State the request and provide only information necessary to identify it; do not initially send an identity-document copy. Withdrawal does not undo prior lawful processing. You may seek advice or raise a complaint with the competent authority under applicable law.
Security and changes
The site uses HTTPS and limits external scripts. The contact page loads Google Maps automatically.
